Reminder to members concerning membership renewals

Dear Members,

I write to remind those members who haven’t yet sent us their membership renewal for 2017 to please do so as soon as possible.  Here is the link to the renewal form:  https://old.aquaticpark.com/membership-renewal-form/

If you don’t have your insurance certificate handy or it hasn’t arrived yet, this need not delay the completion of your renewal.  Please forward it to me via e-mail when you have it.  My e-mail address is:  membership@aquaticpark.com

I would like to have all renewals in hand by February 28, 2017.  I would like to have a clear picture of the membership total for 2017 for the executive meeting scheduled for March 6, 2017.  Members renewing after March 15, 2017 will be obliged to pay a late fee of $56.50 ($50 + $6.50HST).

We have a number of new members joining the Club in 2017.  I encourage all existing members to welcome this group to the Club and make them feel at home.  I am confident this will happen, as it always has in the past.

Lastly, I want to thank the membership for their willingness to process their renewals online.  I know this hasn’t gone smoothly for all, but thanks for your perseverance.
