Membership Application

If you wish to apply for membership, please complete the below application.  Please answer all questions fully and completely before you click on the “Submit” button.  Our membership director will respond to you shortly.  If you do not have valid proof of insurance at this time, you can provide it later.

By completing the below application you are agreeing to abide by the APSC By-Laws, Site and Mooring Rules & Regulations and pay all necessary fees if accepted as a member.

The privileges of club membership will not be available until you receive notice from the membership director acknowledging the acceptance of your application, receipt of all applicable memberships fees, and valid insurance information.

Thank you for your interest in Aquatic Park Sailing Club! You will be asked to pay your initiation and other fees after your application has been processed and accepted.

Plate number of any vehicles (cars, vans, motorcycles..) you may bring to the APSC Club hours or into Tommy Thompson Park.

Please list any experience you have keeping a keel boat at other clubs or marinas.
APSC has lots of opportunities for completing your work-hours. Areas you are interested in contributing your time.

Recreational boaters operating a powered vessel within the Port and Harbour of Toronto must be in possession of BOTH a Powered Vessel Operator’s permit and a Pleasure Craft Operator Card.
Please attach proof of $1million in liability insurance. All vessels are required to have insurance before entering the APSC mooring field.
I acknowledge and agree that by applying online for membership to Aquatic Park Sailing Club, I have accepted and agreed with all terms and conditions contained in both the TRCA Waiver and the APSC Waiver documents and that by so doing, it shall be understood and accepted that I shall be considered to have executed both of those documents and acknowledge being bound by them for the purposes of the 2017 sailing season.
I understand that Aquatic Park Sailing Club is a swing mooring club with each boat assigned a single ball; docks are only for temporary use.

LOA: Length overall, often abbreviated as (LOA, o/a, o.a. or oa) is the maximum length of a vessel\'s hull measured parallel to the waterline. Please use feet/inches.
A membership is one boat owner plus spouse/partner and dependents. Multiple boat owners is a consortium. APSC allows for a maximum of three owners/memberships.

Upon completion of 30 work hours, members receive a full rebate of the work hour deposit. (includes HST)

Consortium Members

Aquatic Park Sailing Club allows for a maximum of three shared owners (including the primary applicant above). Joint ownership (also known as a consortium) gives each consortium member the same rights and responsibilities as a single membership.

Please fill in the section below for each consortium membership. This can be left blank if you are the only applicant (spouses and dependents are included in a single membership).

APSC publishes a newsletter, The Mooring Line, would you prefer a digital copy (in colour!) or a paper copy mailed to you.
