Renewing your membership for the 2020 sailing season

Greetings fellow APSCers,

I trust you are all gearing up for a relaxing and pleasant holiday season. Allow me to briefly turn your mind to the upcoming sailing season. At the AGM in November, a vote was taken on fees and the issue of whether to increase fees by 3%. The result of the vote was to approve the suggested 3% increase. The below chart provides a calculation of how this 3% increase will impact your mooring fee for 2020 and provides you with your total mooring fee inclusive of levy (based on your boat length). Your total payable is in the right hand column depending on the length of your boat:

Those of you who made it out to the Commodore’s Ball were provided with paper renewal forms. Those of you who weren’t able to attend the Ball will be sent a paper renewal form in the mail. I will mail those out shortly. All members also have the option of renewing online from the Club’s Website here: https://old.aquaticpark.com/membership-renewal-form/

Your membership / mooring fees for 2020 are due by January 31, 2020. Members who renew after this date will be obliged to pay a late fee of $56.50.

You have the option of paying by cheque or e-transfer. Please remember though that we still need a paper work hours cheque from everyone.

The Board of Directors appreciates that January 31 is an early deadline for fee payment, however, the Board needs to know how many members are renewing so we can budget for the upcoming season and continue to operate the best sailing Club on Lake Ontario for the benefit of all.
